Privacy Policy

Who we are

Diogel Architecture("we", "us") is a UK residential architectural-design practice, trading as Diogel Architecture. This policy explains what personal data we collect through https://www.diogelarchitecture.co.uk, why, and what rights you have over it.

Data controller: Diogel Architecture. Contact: hello@diogelarchitecture.co.uk. Company registration number: [to be added]. If we are required to register with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), our registration number will be listed here: [to be added].

What we collect, and why

  • Booking & enquiry details— name, email and the project you're asking about, submitted through our booking form or contact channels. Used to arrange and prepare for your Build, Wait or Move call, and to follow up afterwards. Your home postcode, where given, helps us understand the property before we speak — it is never published or shared beyond our own records.
  • Client & project records — for people who become clients, we hold the details needed to design, quote and deliver the project (via Zoho CRM and Zoho Books). This is kept only as long as needed for the project and our legal/accounting obligations.
  • Website analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Zoho PageSense, used to understand how the site is used and improve it. These only run if you accept analytics cookies — see our Cookie Policy for full detail and how to opt out.
  • Booking calls — if you book a call, Calendly (a third-party scheduling service) processes the name, email and appointment details you provide to arrange it. See Calendly's own privacy policy.
  • Project map — our completed-projects map shows aggregated, town-level data only (a fixed point per town, covering at least five projects each). It is generated from our project records but never displays an individual project, address or client.
  • Interactive map — the map itself is rendered using Mapbox, which may set its own cookies to operate the map view. See Mapbox's privacy policy.

Legal basis

We process enquiry and booking data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and client/project data under contract and our legal obligations (e.g. accounting records). Analytics data is processed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see "Cookie settings" in the site footer).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@diogelarchitecture.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business and this website: Zoho (CRM, accounting and website analytics), Calendly (booking), Mapbox (map rendering), Google (analytics, where accepted), and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell your data to anyone.
